Saving Wildcats in the Cairngorms National Park webinar, Friday 14th May, 19:00

Would you like to glimpse a wildcat in the Cairngorms National Park? Well here’s your chance at the Cairngorms Nature BIG Weekend.

Saving Wildcats, the partnership project led by the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland, intends to restore Scotland’s wildcat population by releasing captive-bred individuals into the wild. To be successful, this approach requires long term commitments from both Saving Wildcats and the local community.

Join the team at this one-hour webinar to find out more about the different aspects of the conservation project, from in-situ to ex-situ, and how the community can get more involved.

If you have a question that you’d like the team to answer, please submit it to wildcats@rzss.org.uk  before the event, or get in touch on social media.
